RISE is proud to partner with San Diego Orthobiologics Medical Group to provide patients with a Concierge Physical Therapy service. Located inside the beautiful SDOMG facility, RISE Concierge will provide a unique experience for patients to continue their care from Dr. Christopher Rogers and Dr. Mary Ambach. Patients will receive out-of-network care with our highly skilled regenerative medicine focused Doctor of Physical Therapy.
